This course focuses on working with meditative asanas. Classes are adapted for beginners as well as for older people.
Each lesson of the course is a full-fledged complex of hatha yoga with a warm-up, main and final parts.
IMPORTANT: this is not a theoretical, but a practical course.
As part of the course, such asanas are studied and mastered as:
sukhasana;
ardha padmasana;
siddhasana.
